COVID-19 "coronavirus" and Events

Well, we are living in uncertain times aren't we?

With the continuation of the Covid-19 virus, the list of events we were planning to attend is short!

Any event listed below contains a link to the organisers website. The onus is on you to confirm whether events are still on, but it's safer to assume they aren't and to follow Government advice if in doubt.

Look after yourselves and hopefully we will meet up on the other side of this in the not too distant future!

We are a very active Club, participating in a number of Events up and down the country.

A list of the events we are attending this year is below. Even if you don't own a Taunus, if you are interested in the marque come along and have a chat. We are very approachable!

Classic Ford Show

Mallory Park, Leicestershire

The UK’s premier Classic Ford event will be returning to Mallory Park. With thousands of the best old school Fords in Britain on display, from standard, tuned and modified cars, the Classic Ford Show has something for every blue oval fan.

You can expect a whole day of Ford action at the famous Mallory Park Circuit.

The FTC-GB Club will be in attendance to celebrate 60 years of the Taunus P4.

The Ford Show

Santa Pod Raceway, Northants

From the earliest Anglias, Escorts and Cortinas, through to the latest Mustangs, Focuses and Fiestas; the best of the Blue Oval has graced Santa Pod’s famed drag strip since its earliest days.

This weekend once pays homage the very best of Ford cars (and the occasional Transit van!), giving you the opportunity to take your Ford vehicle down the quarter mile.

Old Ford Rally

British Motor Museum, Gaydon

A day dedicated to classic Fords built before 1995. Advance tickets available until noon Thursday 14 July 2022. Camping is available on the evening of Saturday 16 July 2022.

Individual vehicle entry is £9, this includes entry for 1 vehicle, driver and 1 passenger for the show. Vehicle entry includes admission to the Show including Museum and Collections Centre.

Alton Herald Classic Car Show

Alton Town Centre, Basingstoke

The popular annual Alton Herald Classic Car Show returns to Alton town centre on Saturday 19th September from 10am-4pm. Hundreds of classic, vintage, American and military vehicles will line the High Street, Market Street, Cross & Pillory Lane and the Market Square!

The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show will be held between 11 Nov and 13 Nov at the NEC in Birmingham.
